How the hell do i turn off my toy?

Hi all i got this the other day....

and was wondering how on earth do i turn it off?!?!?! From the second the battery compartment is sealed (like when i put the bottom back on) it's buzzing away and no matter what way i turn it it does not turn off!!!! Does anyone know how to fix this? I don't particulary want to send it back because it does it's job. It's just that i have to take all the batteries out after every use!

Going by the demo video on the product page it the twist dial on the base should stop it? If not, may be faulty :/

Prob faulty then haha! I was watching the video and then read the reviews and it didnt seem like anyone else was having to take the back off? haha.

Yah. This was one of my first purchases, there is a slightly fiddly turn dial on the cap.

Ah ok, i'll keep trying with it then. it's such lovley material aswell!!! For someone who is new to anal anyway :)
