How to cancel order?

I got given a discount code by customer service a few weeks back - I put the order through today, and completely forgot to apply the discount! My first thought was “I’ll cancel the order, and re-do it”, but on my order history page, I’ve got buttons to “track” or “return”, but no cancel.

If I can’t cancel, can I apply the discount code retrospectively?

You can use their online chat or phone them up. They are awesome either way.

Thank you! Sadly chat seems to be offline.
After a few minutes, the cancel option became visible, so managed to do it that way.
