How to tell if your reviews are live?

Hi All, New here and did some reviews recently, hoping to go into the potential tester mix at some point. I know the reviews are checked before going live but is there a way to tell when your reviews count as live? Thanks in advance

The only way to know is to check each individual product that you’ve reviewed.

Thank you! Thought that might be the case but wasn’t sure if there was a “my reviews” section I was missing or something.

Sadly there isn’t anymore. There used to be, unfortunately, when the shopping site was revamped the ability to link to individual reviews was lost. This meant we lost our review profiles as well as fun things like the Review of the Month competition.

As @Stacy2 says, the only way to check if your reviews are now live is to check if they’ve been posted. A useful tip, though, is to sort the reviews by “Newest”. By default, the reviews appear with 5* first by date, tgen 4*, etc. so if you haven’t given an item a 5* review it will appear later in the list. This catches a lot of people out. If you sort by “newest”, you’ll see straight away if it’s gone live.

@Stacy2 has pointed you in the right direction. Usually you’ll get an email to confirm your email prior to your review going live as well. Your review won’t go live without that :blush:

Oh I’ve been getting that within just a couple of minutes of posting the review.

I posted a review on 21st Dec for tester item and its still not showing, I clicked the verification email after submitting also.

Are you able to check?

I’ve also submitted reviews on a Sunday and they typically don’t go live till late Thursday night or Friday @SexySmoggy (I normally wait 4-5 working days) - Hope that helps :blush:

Similar to @Stacy2, it can take a few days. Longest I’ve noticed was close to 2 weeks before the review went live. With it being Christmas eve I wouldn’t panic if you don’t see it up until the new year now as (hopefully) the staff will be getting some R&R.
