Lube beads and anus. Slowly start inserting the beads one at a time. You can insert all of the beads or just a few, depending on how comfortable you feel. You can then either simply leave them in for the feeling of being in there. They can give prostate stimulation in those with a prostate (and possibly g spot stimulation in those with a g spot). They can be left in during sex which will help a vagina owner feel tighter and the penis owner will feel the shape of them. At or near the point of orgasm, slowly remove the beads to increase the intensity of the orgasm. (Note, “slowly”. Don’t pull them out like you are starting a lawn mower). They can be used solo or as a couple.

I haven't worked my way up to beads just yet but thanks for the useful information.
