Why can i not get lovehoney shopping app in the uk

I don’t think there is a shopping “app”. The normal UK shopping site is up and working normally for me. I’m using Chrome on my phone.
Just tried on Safari on my iPhone, it took 3 refreshes to get it working but it’s there now.
I keep putting search in on google,and can only get lingrie shopping

Could be your internet service provider blocking adult content as they have to do so by default now for obvious reasons.
I am with sky with content set to

I can access the forum, but not lovehoney.co.uk. I had to add lovehoney.co.uk to the allowed websites as I don’t want to allow other adult content for the kids. If you don’t have kids, then choose
(18) Suitable for adults only
ISPs will have guides.
