I can't turn on my happy bunny bullet?!

Hi, I’m new here so I’m not sure if someone else has asked this before.
I’ve just bought a pink Happy Bunny bullet and it won’t switch on.
Can someone explain it to me like I’m an idiot? It’s my first purchase from LH so I don’t know if maybe I just don’t know how to use it??

TIA

Hi and welcome to the forum @sjlee123 :wave:t2:

I don’t have that toy, but often pressing the power button and holding for 3-10 seconds undoes a travel lock, which may be the issue?

Other forum members may have this and be able to give more specific advice, or you could contact customer care who are normally really helpful?

Good luck :purple_heart:

Is it this bullet?

It does have a travel lock so it may be that that is activated, as @MsSubExperimenter says, a double click (as described by Mr Chimp below) should deactivate it otherwise, normally, putting toys on charge for a bit deactivates it. The only useful review I could find (I don’t own this toy) was from @Miss_Stripes and says that though it looks like it has two buttons only one is actually a button and in a kit review that has it in @Ian_Chimp mentions:

“The toy itself is really cute. Mrs Chimp loves the pink colour, and how soft to the touch it is. The ears are soft and flexible, but are very precise when in use. It looks like there are two buttons, but the small one doesn’t seem to connect to anything under the silicone, so I’m going to say that it’s not a button at all. If you aim for the stick of the ‘exclamation point’ rather than the dot you should be fine. The travel lock is pretty easy on this one; all it takes is a quick double-tap of the button to activate/deactivate.”

I can’t find anything to say whether there should be a light or not when it is either switched on, in standby, or charging. Most toys have a light that flashes when charging and stays lit once fully charged. If it does, this should be in the instructions. If it is meant to but you don’t get one when charging this is a good sign that there may be something wrong with it. If so, don’t be disheartened, Lovehoney’s Customer Care are fantastic. If there is a problem with it they will replace it with no expense to you but they also might have more info than we do on any trouble shooting.

Thank you so much for your help, I think I’ll have to get in touch with C/S as I had originally hoped maybe that fully charging it would do something but I’ve taken it off and tried 3 times now with nothing :frowning:

Also tried the double click and that’s not doing anything either, so I may have to return it. But I really appreciate the quick advice

Many thanks!

If the travel lock solution does not work and you have tried changing the batteries I would speak with customer care, they are excellent and will sort the issue for you. Welcome to the forum.

I have this bullet vibrator

Just wanted to let you know that there is a flashing white light inside behind the long button when it is charging
To turn the vibrator on, you have to push the long button down and release (repeat to go through the vibration modes, think there is about 12 speeds/setting)
To turn off, hold down the long button until off

The little button doesn’t seem to do anything

Let me know how you get on with it

Could be on travel lock or just needs a full charge for first use

@sjlee123

How did you get on, did you sort it or contact customer service x
