So I ordered some take-out to pick up at lunch and our office is near a Community College/Mini-University. I was sitting at the red light when I got “honked” at. The light was still red so I knew it wasn’t the person behind me.
I look to my left and there are two girls with there shirts up and tits on the side glass! I stared for what was forever until the person behind me finally got mad and honked at me since the light turned while I was in disbelief.
Oh to be young! Love college girls. How I miss those days.
Thinking about it, I have never shown myself to anyone and it actually never crosses my mind to honk the horn and show someone my dick. I was thinking about the ramifications (legally) of me doing that at a red light verses some young girls. I had a great laugh and wasn’t until just now that I thought how there is still a pretty big double-standard out there for sexual acts, etc.

They raise themselves up out of their seat. Some even do it while they’re driving, they must be really proud of it to go to that much effort to show it off!
Depends on what you’d call flashing as I’ve seen many and Big Bent over buttcrack in public or once saw a large lady who’d split a hole in her leggings and was wearing bright pink knickers underneath
We have a neighbour who regularly watches our house. He’s not creepy but obviously wants to see something so we occasionally oblige him. He has seen me open the curtains naked on more than one occasion. We made love at the window in the late evening last summer and were sure that he was in his bedroom watching. I don’t think he has filmed us but if he did it wouldn’t be a clear view.
We think it is harmless and we are bringing a little joy into his life.

Again talking about double standards it’s very unlikely that females get in trouble for doing things like that or perhaps masturbating in the woods but if a man did anything like that he’ll be arrested and charged.
Most likely because men would do anything to see a woman flash and so on where as 99% of women don’t want to see stuff like that and report it
The other double standard is that men can walk down the High St topless (not something I approve of) when women would get arrested for doing the same thing.
You know , after thinking about it for a few minutes I have been flashed a number of times . Probably the most riding motorcycles . I guess most ladies feel a rider would probably not be offended seeing their beautiful tits . Also a fair number while driving my muscle cars over the years . Oddly I have been flashed multiple times while on fire calls , most often while directing traffic at an accident scene . Been mooned and have mooned when slightly younger . I think there appears to be some confusion about what most consider being flashed , bear female chests . I am all for women being able to go shirtless , should they please . Same rule would apply as men , no shirt , no service in an eatery .
I colleague was walking back from a bar in Aberdeen some years ago not too far from the docks and a lady of a certain occupation pulled up her skirt and said “Do you keen this?”, she had no knickers on. Even in his drunken state he declined.
