I cancelled some orders cause I made a mistake. It was my first time on here and i wanted to buy some stuff. I'd place an order thinking that that would be it, but then I'd find something else and had already paid for the other stuff. I'd order the thing still and pay for it and whatnot. Then I'd find another item. I should've wandered around the site more before even placing those orders. So I want to cancel them, get my money back, and then reorder them all together so i don't have to pay shipping and handling for 4 orders. I just want to make sure so I don't end up cancelling orders and not get my money back at all.
Have you tried the customer service telephone number of live help at the top of the page? I would assume one of these services should be able to ammend your order appropriately!
Lovehoney offers free delivery for all products, no matter the cost. The free delivery is estimated in 2-4 days however, often I receive an order placed before 4pm the next working day.
You could always contact customer services by phone, email or live chat with a real person, they are always so helpful.
Lovehoney also offer a brilliant returns service, you can return a product you are not happy with and receive a refund or exchange for 365 days. The return service is free as well.
Live chat is brilliant. I've used them to merge orders together when I've found one more item I wanted to add to an order I'd already placed. It seemed to be exceptionally easy. I would do it as quickly as possible, before your orders are packed and dispatched, because service is so quick with Lovehoney.

as you are in Canada I understand the worry about the shipping costs. I suggest you contance them in the morning and see if you can amend it. If you placed the order after 4pm UK time today they will be able to do find a solution for your problem, the problem would be if you did before 4pm UK time as the orders are already sent. I do suggest strongly you do it in UK morning, as they are very fast with the orders being despatched so an order placed after 4pm today will be on its way tomorrow evening.

Spiff you cancelled all of them the easiest way is to make a new one and put everyting into it, I think only LH staff can merge orders together for shipping.
I had already posted before I read the Canada comment, as I said ask customer services.

As Laveila says it's best just to reorder them in one order now they've been cancelled. You will definitely get your money back for the cancelled orders. The lve chat/merging is just something to bear in mind should this happen again - it's so easy to find one more item you've just got to have!

If you contact us via Livechat (see the link at the top of our homepage) and let us have your details we can cancel your orders for you. Customers are often wanting to change their orders so you will have no problem getting your refund. We may be able to merge all of your orders to save you any more hassle!
Please do this as soon as possible though, as your parcels may well have already been packaged.
