I think the word caught can imply you are doing something wrong. Unless it’s taking priority over intimate time together it’s fine. My drive is much higher than MRS due to mid life challenges. Yeah, caught probably isn’t a good word. Although it does feel shameful still to me to be doing it, Christian upbringing you know. I don’t anounce I’m going to take care of myself to her.
