I just want to say big thanks to LH i'm totally addicted and i couldn't be any happier with the customer service and the the postage is excelent. I have never had any problems. I have always had my random questions answered really quick which i love. I have bought so many toys etc and im loving them :)

Me too! I'd pretty much given up on using toys after wasting money buying stuff from a certain high street shop that never worked for me. Then I discovered LH. Faith restored! I especially love the returns policy so I can take a chance on something pricey. The community is great too, everyone has been so nice and helpful and I'm happy to have found this place!

I absolutely love this site, to the point that I pretty much refuse to buy toys anywhere else. I've been here for years and the postage,community and customer service have never failed to be incredible!

Were kinda of addicted to Lovehoney sadly it's costing us a small fortune as there's always something new and exciting to try.
Got to say though even when the O/H orders and we need to return anything, everything is handled great even when he forgot to retun something for 3 weeks there was no charges or threatening emails which other companies would do.

I know what you mean with it costing a small fortune. I have bought so much lately and still buying.My toy box is getting fuller lol. But i love it and i cant complain as they are so good best online sex shop EVER!!!!!
