Mrs Chimp is a big fan of the Zumios; they’re very precise, and very intense. They oscillate rather than vibrate. I wrote a comparison review of the E and the X if you fancy a read?
The suction style toys are also rather targeted, and can be very intense. They work. In a different way to vibrators too, and use air pressure to stimulate the clitoris. There’s a bit of general discussion about them in this topic Womanizer - did it work?, and a comparison table from April here.
The Red Hot Flickering Tongue is pretty intense too. It’s ever so tiny, but that little thing has quite a kick.
