Any couples out there use an intimacy pillow to enhance their sex lives? As my wife and I have gotten older (both now in our 70’s), we are both looking for ways to enhance our bedroom sessions, including me going down on her pussy without neck pain for me, and better access to enhance and extend PIV, anal, pegging and rimming sessions.

We’ve never used one for sex as such, but I do need a pillow during sex because I have cerebellar ataxia; I start feeling sick and dizzy if I’m flat on my back.
If you’re getting neck pain from oral, could facesitting work for you?

We’re in our 70’s.
We have a couple of wedge cushions of different sizes.
We use them for cunnilingus as you describe, we used to use them for missionary PIV to ease the strain on my knees and we use them to raise my bum up when she’s pegging me face to face.
We use a spare pillow under my butt when hubby performs oral on me. We also have a wedge but I find it too high and end up falling off.

I’d forgotten the spare pillow under the butt trick but we’ve had a lot of success wirh that one too, certainly hubby seems appreciative of the gesture

Hubby can spend more time down there with the pillow otherwise he finds it hard to breath.
