Hi all, I’m 65 this year but still have a great sex drive, probably too much as far as my wife is concerned.
However I do feel that although less regular the quality and feeling for each other is more intense.
We’ve used sex toys a fair bit over the years which I find adds a little variation to our love making. I look forward to hearing if anyone else feels the same way with regards to quality over quantity.

Hi @email1 and welcome
Hello Russ and welcome to the forum.
Hubby and I are in out thirties but, even for us, good sex once a week is better than okay sex three or four times a week. How good is everything outside of sex? If you’re still laughing and enjoying your time together, sex aside, that is what truly matters. Intimacy is an important part of a relationship, but so too is communication and companionship
Hey Russ welcome to the forum,
Definitely.
We’re in our early 70’s and our sex life is less frequent than it used to be but we’re having the best (and most experimental) sex of our lives.
G’day, yes far more experimental these days, but not quiet as often, hoping with the warmer weather coming and an agreement on more daytime sex this will change.
Welcome
Welcome to the forum Russ @email1 !
We are only late 20s but definitely on the quality over quantity team , we’re on the same page as @Tenshadesandme where we prefer good-great sex once, maybe twice a week rather than several times!
Afternoon and welcome 🩷
That’s great to hear, I’m hoping we will carry on into our 70s!
Hi, thanks for the reply.
We try to be honest and upfront with each other, link into the feelings and moods of each other, support and laugh. I need sex for the closeness it brings and that in turn leads to a more fulfilling orgasm.
