So as the title says do people find inverted nipples sexy or not, is there a large fetish for them?
The reason I ask is my FBF, who’s a single mum, has been looking at starting an OnlyFans page, like many she’s really feeling the squeeze and is looking at any form of income she can,

Now I’ve never seen inverted nipples in the flesh and didn’t know she had them and probably wrongly got quite excited by the thought of them, my reaction alone made us realise she might be right but could she go by the reaction of one man.

That’s a very difficult question. I personally find it very difficult to find anything on Only Fans, the search facility is virtually useless and without knowing a persons personal sign on its impossible to get to them. Regarding inverted nipples, i am not sure how unique this is. May be I need to study more. lol
I can’t comment on Of specifically as I don’t use it but, following extensive research on a variety of Internet porn sites (for research purposes only honest) it seems that there are people out there who appreciate every single nuance of the human body so I’m sure there will be an audience for your friends particular nipple shape.
I think theres a market for everything and she may as well try it and see if it works.
She could do it as a pay per view photo/video, people might be curious enough to pay and hopefully stick around.
Guess you can only try test the waters and see how it turns out but I did think inverted nipples was a sign to go see the doctor so am quite intrigued now to discover it can be a normal thing 
A quick google image search throws up a lot of pictures. Interesting, but not my thing, but clearly not that unusual or difficult to find.
