Looking into getting a new vibe. I see a lot have apps for them. Is it worth it or is it just kinda a gimmick? Me and my partner are never really apart if it matters

I find it a bit gimmiky. Dont get me wrong, its good fun when they dont disconnect which in my experience is pretty frequently but we end up going back to the remote 9 times out of 10.
They are a little gimicky, buuuuut so much fun when they are put to use in the right way 
Lovense has just had an anonymous “orgy” we missed it but will be keeping an eye out in the future
It’s a nice add on but not really necessary so I’d say it’s more a gimmick
