Have you tried nipple clamps? I have the least sensitive nipples ever but find when i wear nipple clamps I get a really good sensation and touch feels so good. If you get adjustable ones they dont have to be painful either, just tighten enough as you are comfortable with. I have the lovehoney own brand nipple clamps and would highly recommend them. :)

I second this! I am just the same and I have tried nipple rings (the ones in the 3 for £10 deal). It really made my nipples sensitive, even after removing them, the sensation was still there for a while. I haven't tried during sex, though, only during solo play, but it did the trick!

I third this, i dont have very sensitive nipples so decided to invest in some clamps have two sets of nipple clamps, the first I bought in a 3 for £10 deal. The second are more extreme. When you put them on they make your nipples sooo sensitive and give a seriously pleasurable sensation. Hope this helps chic xxx <3

I dont have very sensitive nipples, and on top of that they are completely flat. I do have to say that nipple clamps and suckers do help.

Balms may help, but I find they do not last for me as long as if I use nipple clamps and suckers. But they may work. Just remember that these work for some women, while they may not do much for another. And you may have to try several to find one which works for you.

I use to have a very sensitive right nipple and a very NOT sensitive left nipple. I fixed this by getting it pierced. I now have a 9ct gold bar with an amethyst in it in my left nipple, and happily they are both sensative now. Well worth the research and the hour train journey to go to the tatto parlour of highest recommendation.

As with any piercing you could take it out if you didn't like it, but I love mine and I now have a matching set of sensative nipples, maybe worth considering. If you live in the Midlands the place I went to is the best and although I can't name it, it's in Sheffield near the crucible.

My wifes nipples are pierced(labia+clit hood too) but still one is very sensitive and the other not, we've just got some clamps but not really tried them yet.Could always use the clamps elsewhere if needed.

My nipples have never been very sensitive and so i researched getting them pierced. I had it done over a year ago now and would recommend it to anyone. The piercings have made such a difference to the sensitivity that I now enjoy them being touched rather than find it annoying like i did before cos i couldn't feel anything.
