Issues charging bunny

Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone has any advice, I have the:

But having issues with the charger. It’s not fitting in flush, it’s sat about .5cm out of where it needs to fit for charging, I don’t particularly want to sit and hold it whilst it charges (I may be forced to soon!)

Has anyone else had this issue? My husband bought it for me a couple of months back before he went to work away. It’s been great apart from this :crossed_fingers:

Sounds like a case for customer service to look into as you may find it’s faulty and can get a replacement sent

I would agree get hold of customer service and explain what is happening.
