Mrs likes the idea of some new jiggle balls. Bit confused what the difference is between those and kegel exercisers - are they the same?
What are the key things, weight or size?

They are the same its just that Kegel exercisers are their proper name :)
Hi Lone Ranger, there are a few things that will help you chose the right set for her.
1. Has she had children?
Yes- choose a slightly bigger lighter set to start with
No - go to q2
2. Has she ever used kegal balls (Ben waa balls, jiggle balls ) before?
Yes - choose a smaller sized set to what she has, and or a heavier set.
No - choose a lighter set as a first set.
you will find that with a little practice she will progress from a larger size and lighter weight to a heavier weight a smaller size. Initially I would suggest a set with a removal chord, free roaming balls are more for advanced users.
There are some sets that have different weights depending on which balls you use in the carrier, see are good for progression. I am not making any specific recommendations as I don't know enough about her requirements, but I have a lot of different sets, so might be able to help if you get the choices down to a few different sets.
