First choice would be something along the lines of guaranteed maintenance of our sexual functioning as desired as we age together, if we could make that a joint wishing. So just an assurance that the mechanics will function as long as we want them to.
Second choice I think I’d have to go along with the other dudes and ask for a zero-minute refractory/multiple orgasms. Even though my wife is also usually 1-and-done, so that would probably be a wasted wish.
In which case the 3rd choice would be the option to duplicate myself or my wife at will to explore group scenarios together without actually bringing anyone else into it.
