basically as the title suggests. do they work? ive read some good reviews on them but im sceptical as it seems like great resuts from something thats so easy, and partially enjoyable!
It's tricky to say...... I do kegels i got myself a kegel machine, but, I'm not with the same partner now.... My new man is thrilled with how tight I am, so it must be working !! Xx
Absolutely. If you get one and it doesn't do anything for you, try a heavier one. Circumference matters too (smaller is more intense), but there are fewer choices available for that. Well worth the money IMO.

Revival of an old thread. I have just reviewed the Perifit kegel exerciser. Have to say its bloody brilliant.

I wasn’t even doing pelvic floor exercises properly before I got it. Was using my abs, who knew!!
