I watched Tim Burtons Sleepy Hollow recently as it’s getting towards Halloween and it was absolutely amazing, Johnny Depp plays a good role and the whole film was spooky.

I watched The Village (2004) last night, never seen it before, was quite good, and the casting was insane! Need to start picking out the spooky films for Halloween, of course Halloween will be one of them, can’t beat a bit of Michael Myers!

Watched a twilight movie marathon in cinema, the cringy moments and bad acting were even worse on the big screen and I absolutely loved it, as I have the last 1000 times. Soundtrack is forever unbeaten

I did that years ago when the final Twilight film was being released, we went to the cinena mid-afternoon and watched all the films back-to-back so we were the first people at midnight to watch BDp2. Good memories, need to rewatch them all soon!

Its superb isnt it? For me it’s definitely up there with Vikings and Mad Men as my top three favourites series.
Film wise I watched The Day The Earth Stood Still a few days ago, the b&w original version. An absolute classic!

We finished it tonight. I’ve seemed to spend a lot of time crying through out all 6 series. Hoping the Testaments get a full run so we get some completion but yeah, I thought it was excellent. Great to see solid female roles and layered, complicated characters you can really get your teeth into.
Yes, Vikings was glorious. Walking Dead meant a lot to us as a family and then I was a huge Battlestar Galactica and The Expanse nerd. Never had a chance to watch Mad Men beyond clips on Youtube but some of the lines Don had were just classics.
Don’t watch the modern remake of the Day the Earth Stood Still .. not a patch.
