I'm thinking about getting this for my wife as she has seen it and really like the dress it would go well with our bondage sessions. You have to apply shining gel to the dress. How often do you have to apply the gel? Is it just when you first get the dress or after every wash?
After every wash usually. Although it can be fun to shine it once you are wearing it. Also you can just use a silicone lube to shine latex :)

Pjur shiner spray is the best of the best- do get that if you can afford it!
Otherwise would highly suggest using the Sliquid Silcione lube too.
