Lace is my absolute favorite. Leather is really nice, too, though ... And silk! I guess the only one I don't go nuts over is latex to be honest.
For me lace is visually wonderful but a tactile disappointment while silk is slightly the other way around. Rubber is a great turn-on though I'm not sure to what extent this is a Pavlovian association of the small and feel of rubber with sex through the use of condoms.
I really like leather - not the heavy bondage type stuff with lots of metalwork attached but the nappa type soft, thin leather which has wonderful drape and moulds to the body like latex. I bought my wife a leather play-suit made by Ledapol in Poland and it is breathtaking in look and touch.
Of course we are slightly overlooking nylon (which certainly has a fetish following) and PU (a common substitute for PVC) which has much of the best properties of good leather while costing a lot less (especially to the animals!)
Silk. Love the look of lace as well, but silk feels nicer.
