This is great ! Used live chat yesterday to as had a question concerning a missing item from my order. What a great service, my querie was dealt with extremely quickly and efficiently by someone who clearly knew what she was doing and was also friendly and professional.
So often I've tried to contact companies using a live chat service only to find myself trying to get common sense out of someone who obviously didn't have a clue and didn't give a damn. Definitely not the case at LH !! Great service - much appreciated xx
