Unless it says it won’t be restocked, then yes

It depends what it is, but usually. If you contact customer care, they can probably give you a more accurate answer and often they have predicted dates for when items should be restocked 
Seems like everything I am looking to buy is out of stock at the moment, I must be on trend for the first time in my life.
