Hi
I cant seem to get to speak to a lh agent so this is the next best thing.
So Im returning my order.
The box to my toy is open but inner packaging is intact and my lube is open but unused.
Will this be acceptable for a refund?
Any help appreciated

If you are not able to phone the customer service phone number and get an answer, your best next thing is sending them an email or logging into your account and starting a returns process from that.

The forum is LH customers rather than staff, so can’t say for sure what the company would or wouldn’t refund.
I’d suggest keep trying customer care on live chat, or give them a call or email.

I couldnt see a numer to call on the website
There used to be one, I couldn’t see one at a quick look so it looks like you’ll have to either try live chat or use the contact form.
I’ve always used live chat with no problems.
If you go to your order history on your shopping account and click “Place Return” on the order, it will take you straight through the process. There is also a direct link there to live chat or the enquiry form if you don’t know what to click.
This doesn’t help you sorry as it looks like its been answered.
I remember watching a LH video a day in the LH returns. And how some people send back items that has been clearly used and never cleaned, imagine having opened a box to find that out
