LH submissive - role play advice

Wondering what names LH subs use to refer to their partners. 'Master' seems too formal.

I am the sub in our relationship. It is really only during sex we take on these roles.

I don't call him Master, but more "Daddy" or "Sir"

For me it's Sir. Well, it's Signore, which is Sir in Italian. Same thing, in the end.

For me I get called Sir otherwise the crop pays a visit to her backside everytime she forgets .

I call my other half Domly One. (I always think I sound sarcastic saying Sir)

If you are struggling with Master, try a non-kinky term like Boss, Mr {whatever his surname is}, Mister, his full first name.

Or if you prefer something a little kinkier, what kind of play are you doing? If it is impact or pain related try Sadist, if it is rope try Rigger, if it is primal type play try Hunter.

I call him by his name. He might occasionally make me call him sir because he knows I hate those kinds of titles and it's a power game, but that's it. Using titles just isn't for me.

I don't have a current D playmate, but when I did I called him Sir or Major, because those were his actual titles :D I'd also tell him he was the Boss.

I'm not that into Daddy/Little stuff, so it sounds a bit strange when I say it (no judgement on anyone who likes it!) Likewise Master/Slave isn't a good fit for me.

I really like the suggestions made by kelly_michelle!

Just to add.

For certain roleplays it's Mr Grey and Miss Steel. Sometimes if she is in real trouble the Miss bit is ignored. Calling someone just by their surname sets the tone and their place .

The exception being roleplays that involve a policeman/ woman ,as the officers are always polite .

Mysteron - Agreed! Character names for roleplays can really help get into a scenario.

Maybe deep down I'm just a frustrated actress!

My wife's domme alter ego is Miss Scarlett; came about after a family game of cluedo one night 😂
Although I don't really address her directly in a 'yes Miss' type way during play. Mostly I silently do as I'm told...

Mr or Sir is my preferred but I think that is because i like teachers. Also Captain etc because i like real titles to be sub to.

It may make some laugh, but I've been out and about with one of my subs a lot lately, and people have been refering to him as my husband. I guess I do spend his money, etc... However my personal slaves refer to me as My Lady, even in public and vanilla settings.

I call my OH Mistress K and answer yes'm when other people/ the children are around.

The only words I'm allowed to utter are "yes Miistress". When I'm top, it's Sir.

As I am the main submissive at our regular gatherings where there could be 10 or 12 people of varying sexes, I am made to call every woman there Madam and every man Sir. I can tell you that if I forget there are a few more red marks across my bum cheeks and the nipple clips are pulled tighter.

When I'm in charge it's Master and when we switch it's either Madam or Mistress.

I'm never in charge, through choice. Normally your Ladyship or Marm as she does like to discipline her gardener / handyman.

I call him by his name unless I'm trying to ramp it up during sexy times and then I call him master but that's his preferential word.

Only just seen this conversation, but hope this might strike some chords: Past lovers have chosen their own terms when we've played, and the two most natural ones have been "Daddy" and "Sir", including from ladies whose careers were more social services orientated......

My experience has been my ladies have loved giving up control and responsibility, and hence why they want to please "Daddy" or be ordered by "Sir".

Of course, the other aspect is: grown respectable ladies dressing as schoolgirls or secretaries etc and just mentally entering a fantasy world...as they say, the brain is the biggest sex organ!

Hope this helps. And, by the way, your OH is v v lucky!

I always used Sir or Mr [surname]
