I know you are all dying to know... ;-) The Liberator Heart Shaped cushion is very nice and measures: 44cm at the widest point 27 cm length from the dip of the heart to the tip 16cm at the highest point It looks like it does in the stock photos with the model holding it. So not a massive 4' and not a miniscule 45" square - customer services wrong - repeatedly - on those measurements.
