I’ve used the lifelike lovers 6” and 8” basics with 5” circumference for years, and more this year have been using the ultra 7” which comes with a 5.5” circumference.
For 2025 I want to have a bit more stretch with a slightly girthier dildo.
It seems like there’s an huge jump in girth throughout all brands of ultra realistic dildos.
For a Christmas present to myself I ordered the next size up in the lifelike lover range - the 9” ultra. I’ve ordered it and it’s girth absolutely huge! A huge jump from 5.5” to 6.25” circumference.
Wondering if anyone can recommend an intermediate size for backdoor entry?
I’m not looking for buttplugs. The fun for me is being stretched with an ultra realistic

It’s a good point you raise as I’m into pegging my husband and I’m looking at bigger wider dildos but it’s difficult to stretch the anus (although over time will help) - but we use butt plugs ti stretch the anus as I want to start using 10 and 12 inch
We have just started 8 inch with a 1.5 inch diameter- it’s tight but we love it - but it’s taken about 6 months to move from 1 inch to 1.5 inch

What a lucky husband!
My wife uses dildos on me, but sadly she doesn’t feel comfortable to actually peg me.
If you use the 8” classic now, the 7” ultra - whilst a bit wider…will slip in easily after 10-15 minutes with the classic. In fact as it’s softer it actually feels better than the classic.
The ultra doesn’t have balls it’s actually longer than the 8” classic. 
I wish you and your husband all the success in the world in managing to size up to 12”

To be honest i woukd regard the sizes you are using already as intermediate.
I understand that you are reluctant to use a plug but if you wish to stretch yourself gradually you are going to spend a lot on dildos increasing in 1/2" or 1" increments.
The most effective toy for gradual stretching is the Doc Johnson Titan Intimidator. It’s the one which looks like a small traffic cone.
Practice gradually with this one and you can end up taking very big dildos shoul you wish.

Admittedly the 7” looked huge when I first got it, but now it looks and feels a bit small.
It’s not I’m against using buttplugs, it’s just the visuals of a big brown dildo makes my knees weak and start salivating at the thought
I’ll have a look at that plug though!
Hopefully the LH purchasing team can look to add a 5.75 or 6” realistic dildo
