Just had the email through for this offer and it says "Buy 2 and get an extra 20% off". I have just tried to add a couple of the items to my basket but the extra 20% discount doesn't appear to be working. Anyone else having this problem ?

I've not tried but is it a link you have to follow from the email to activate the offer?

Edit - it works if you click the link in the email.

We had a similar problem earlier but seems ok now

Yeah I clicked the link from the email and only added items from the list :-/
I also tried from both my phone and the laptop with no success :-(
Hmm I will try again shortly and see if it's now working.

Edit: have just tried again and it's still having none of it :-( gahh! What am I doing wrong! Lol

Have you tried clearing cookies or using an alternative browsers?

I've now tried with combinations of several different products in the offer and it's definitely not working :'-(

How odd. Although I've not gone to checkout I don't seem to be having any issue. Could you talk to live chat - they might be able to make the order for you

Gahh! Typical, I finally get it to work only to find that my bank says I can't buy anything due to being skint :-( hope it'll still be on when I get paid on Tuesday!

Butterflybee ,Can't you check out items you want and use the "send cheque " option and then contact customer care when you have funds to pay by paypal ?

I have done that before with limited time offers ! :) x

To those who are having issues with this offer - could you please let me know which two items you're adding to your basket? The offer works for me, but maybe I'm trying different combinations than you guys are. Please let me know and I'll try and get this sorted for you.

Hi Ania, I am having problems too. I spoke to LiveChat and they advised clearing out my cookies which I have done, but it still does not work :( The options I have tried are:

The issue might arise when a product is in more than one special offer - I've just had to remove those Roza Pheromone Stockings from the Blowout I'm afraid, because it crosses over with the 15% off Roza Lingerie Offer .

Everything else works fine for me though, could you possibly try going into private/incognito mode in your browser to see if that makes any difference?
