Is anyone else having an issue with Live Chat? I’ve tried to contact them and get this:
I’ve not done anything to deserve to be blocked (as far as I know!)
I’ve tried from logged in and logged out.
@Lovehoney_Brenna is this something you’re possibly able to help with please when you’re back?
That’s definitely a new one, never seen anyone blocked in a live chat to customer care on any site! Hopefully it gets sorted soon, I’m sure it’s just an error of some kind.
I’m hoping it’s just a glitch! I’d hate to think I’ve done something or offended someone to get blocked!

Livechat hasn’t worked for me for a while.
I believe there is a fault with livechat at the moment where some people are blocked for literally no reason.
It’s definitely nothing you’ve done @MsSubExperimenter, it’s a bug in their system

Its not a chat to forum members its to customer service/sales I believe.
It’s let me on today yay 
I’d say it’s a glitch in the chat system and maybe it’s just offline at the moment till it’s fixed again

It seemed to just be a temporary glitch and I could contact them later/the same day so I’d just say keep trying
