Hello family I have a question for you all if you could help me out. I got this toy as a gift from girlfriend a while back ago and I really love this toy too. But I’m trying to see if I can warranty replace it. I just can’t find the info and this is the closest one I found that looks just like mine.

I may be wrong, but I think it has to be the person that purchased it that has to make any warranty claim etc, or at least contact Lovehoney to authorise them speaking to you.
If they contact Lovehoney with a few details (like their name, email and address), Lovehoney should be able to locate the order and sort it out.

You’d defo need proof of purchase like the order number before customer service would consider a replacement, plus if the item isn’t listed online anymore then chances are LH have stopped selling it and will maybe just give you a discount on a new toy if it’s also out of the warranty phase.
