This is the magnetic charger you need, it specifically states it’s for the Lovehoney Dual Embrace Warming G-Spot and Clitoral Suction Rabbit Vibrator (85615) in the description.
I have removed your first picture as it appears to be a photo of your ceiling 
An email to customer care might provide an alternative as a replacement.
That’s a magnetic charger and I’m going to take a guess at it being a 5mm magnetic charger, I have similar products though from rival brands. Either way, I hope that information helps, and good luck on finding a replacement cable
