Hi. Just got the Lovehoney inner vibes remote control love egg. It does an excellent job however, it now wont turn off. It just cycles through standby and all the various vibration settings when I press the on/off button. All help much appreciated. Thanks
Hi @UnicornQueen i don’t have one of these myself but at a guess have you tried holding the button down for 3 or so seconds to see if that turns it off.
As agreed with @mightymike hold the button for a while

I would agree with the others on this thread that the normal process to turn a toy off is to press and hold the button until it powers off.
However, it’s not unheard of for a toy to refuse to turn off. The first InsideOut I had got itself stuck on full power mode vibes, wouldn’t change setting or turn off, even when connected to it’s charger. It had to go and spend the night in the spare bedroom as it was so loud, thankfully the batteries had died by the next morning 
.
Check the instructions that come with it, occassionally eggs will only turn fully off rather than remain in stand by when given a command from the remote. If you’ve tried press and hold and checked the guide then I suggest contacting Lovehoney Live Chat and they will either be able to give you more specific to that toy information than we have, or they will replace it. With my My InsideOut I was sent a replacement which worked perfectly.
Thanks all. We have held the on/off button down. It finally ran out of charge. But when charged up it started running again of its own accord. We have one each and have had no problems with the other. Will contact Lovehoney chat support as suggested.
