Purchased the
Lovehoney indulge g spot and suction stimulator.
I know from other toys about pushing the small pin through the rubber end to charge. But all my other toys have a light when charging.
This one doesn’t seem to visually show it is charging. I am pretty sure it isn’t charging even though it hasn’t died yet.
Can anyone confirm if there is a light should show.

Can I ask, does it have a light to show that it is on? Quite often the same light is used to show charging, so if there isn’t a light when in operation, then possibly there isn’t one to show when charging.
I guess that the only way you will really know is to run it flat and then try recharging.

There is a button for air and a button for vibration.
Both have a faint purple light when the item is working.
Purchased this and have had it about five months and this is only the second time that it has been put on charge.
I expect the 10 times max usage hasn’t run it totally flat but I can only assume if it is faulty then we will sadly have to pay another £70 for a new one. Shame really.
Checked other toys and all have lights when charging.
If purchased through Lovehoney, then they have a satisfaction guarantee, so you might be able to return for a replacement.
It would suggest that faint purple light should come on when charging, but as we don’t have the same toy, not completely sure.
This is not a toy I own but looking briefly at the reviews and searching them for “charging” produces this:

So yeh, I’d guess it should have the normal pulsing while charging, remains lit once charged system a lot of toys have. I’d contact customer care and if you’ve had it less than a year I’m sure they’ll replace it (though it might take slightly longer than usual to process over Christmas).

No real hurry but will contact them and follow the process. Shame really. But saves us purchasing another.

If any of your other toys use the same plug, based on the excerpt from the review above, I’d try another cable first just in case the toy is fine but the cable is faulty as seems very possible since it works and lights up in use. If that is the case, at least you can continue to use it and LH can just send you a replacement cable. If not, they will replace the toy.
Tried three pin chargers and none make a light come on. Tried same chargers in other items and they work perfectly. Sent a message and replying to email now.
