Just signed up to the mailing list, it says you print two catalogues every year, but dosent clarify when during the year. just out of interest when are these printed/sent out

Hi Taboo, I remember LH Alice mentioning this a while ago, and saying that they haven't got any plans to do catalogues any more. As you have signed up to the mailing list, you will start to get various special offer and dotd e-mails coming through and you also get a 10% discount on your Birthday :) xx
I've been on the mailing list for a long time and never had one so I think Scorpius is right and they've stopped doing them. I've just had my birthday email through with the discount, and that's way better than a catalogue ;-) Looking forward to treating myself for my birthday ;-)

Yes, the fact that the 'Catalogue' section is STILL in the 'your account' set up is as much of an annoyance for us as it is for you!
For those of you who have seen the TV show, I'm sure you can appreciate that, considering the size of our business, we're relatively small in terms of team members!
Many of the changes which need to be made within the accounts and community section of the Lovehoney site are jobs which need to be done by our tech department.
As promised, we have forwarded a list of required changes to the correct department, but when issues with payments / products / terms and conditions / packaging / product design / offers / emails etc etc etc, crop up, they take a much higher priority than forum and accounts requests.
I wish this wasn't the case (believe me!!), but with a reasonably small team, and lots going on, workloads need to be managed and prioritised. As the forum is the smallest section of the website, it often ends up taking a back seat to make way for transactional and key function alterations to be made.
Having said ALL of this, there has been some headway with getting a few things fixed, it's just hard for us to give you guys a final date for when each issue will be resolved.
As always, your patience is sooo appreciated.

Sometimes it feels like we spend most of the time chasing our own tails, so it's a massive relief when you're so understanding :)
To be honest, you have so many special offers and fab deals, a "physical" catalogue would never be accurate anyway. No need for catalogues in this digital era is there. It's very apparent how hard you all work at LH, and I can honestly say I've never dealt with a company with the customer care and generosity that you show us every day :-)

i agree in this digital world , it would be a waste of paper and would soon proberly be out of date, but i was thinking more along the lines of free advertisement, as i travel alot on trains i may just accidently read it on a packed train lol..
and as a side note Jess and everyone at LH doing a sterling job off keeping every one happy in some way or another,
