Recently I emailed Lovehoney with an issue which is now resolved…A member of your team said that I would get a £20 discount voucher emailed to me, but since then I have not received anything. I have checked my spam folder and there is nothing in there.

Could you look into this for me please?

Have you tried chasing it up by email? (with Customer Care)

Brenna is quite good at helping us out with none forum/review type things, but I don’t think she wants to make it a ‘ask me first’ kind of thing:
