This site can’t be reached?

Hey, has anyone else experienced this more and more just recently? (Website as a mobile app and via google Chrome.

My Internet is absolutely fine and every other app and website works.

Sorry it’s no longer funny - can they get this glitch fixed … I cannot see past orders !

@batjamboree I have heard from the team that this issue should now be resolved

Thank you @lovehoney_brenna for the update and yes it does seem to work

Hi @Lovehoney_Brenna, I’ve got a quick question.

Is there a problem or restriction on my account? I can no longer re-categorise incorrect posts, when I press the :white_check_mark: nothing happens. I’ve tried on mobile, tablet and laptop and it doesn’t seem to be a device problem. I tried the other day and it wouldn’t work. I even tried on my own posts and still it won’t let me.

I was going to email you, but I know you get a lot of them and didn’t really want to waste your time. Hopefully it’s just a mistake or some sort of quick fix

Edit: I’ve attached a GIF showing what happens

@Stacy2 try refreshing the browser page and doing it again. I had this once last week, let me go in and select the right category but wouldn’t save the change. A refresh and redoing it fixed it for me (I think).

A post was merged into an existing topic: The Lounge

I did try that and it still won’t let me @Peitho, I also tried using the system browser, Google Chrome and Firefox on all three devices. The strange part, which made me think I was restricted or something was I can’t even move the posts I’ve created myself

Hmm, not sure then. I just moved your post to the lounge and back as a test and that seems to be working fine on my Android phone using Chrome. As I say, I did have an issue last week so I think something was updated in the system. Mine has been working fine since a refresh though :woman_shrugging:t2:. Hopefully Brenna can help on Monday.

I think this might be a platform glitch, as I’ve noticed the same thing. The only way I am able to change a category is via the edit window (even on my own posts) - so definitely not an account restriction @Stacy2

Will raise it with the team

@Lovehoney_Brenna (Update): This problem seems to be fixed now

Seems to be accounts created in the last 24-48 hours. @Kitty-Cat01, I did notice it and I guess it’s a new addition along with the purple @'s on our accounts

@Kitty-Cat01 , it means they are Trust Level 0, they haven’t entered 5 topics or spent 10 minutes reading the forum yet… though, more established accounts can also be greyed out if the user is suspended.

I found the same on mobile/chrome. Although it seems to happen randomly, some times it works and others it doesn’t @Kitty-Cat01

My work around was clicking the page next to the reviews first, then clicking on the reviews and that worked. It’s got a mind of its own

Edit; I’ve add a GIF to show what happens and zoomed in when pressing the reviews

The new Rocks Off Spirit Extra Powerful Rabbit states “the slim ergonomic shape eases insertion effortlessly” while also stating, both in the description and key features, that the circumference is 7.3". This seems rather contradictory!

…though if the internal circumference really is 7.3", let me know, I’ll give it a go. A girthy rabbit is a rarity!

Not a glitch but there wasn’t anywhere else to put this… I was looking at the new LH ice blue babydoll and noticed one of the reviews wasn’t actually a review of the product at all but a comment trying to suggest that the photos are fake AI pictures and not real. I don’t know if this person has actually bought the product and as much as they are entitled to their opinion, I just thought I’d point it out because, unless these are actually AI images, this kind of comment could be damaging.

It also begs the question, how edited / enhanced are some of the more recent product photos that makes people think they are purely AI? I don’t think that LH would use AI in this way but some of the more recent images have been a bit more staged and less real looking than previous product images. As a comparison, this babydoll has much more ‘real’ looking images which I much prefer because I can see what it looks like on a model without all the staging. I hope I’m ok to say this here? Please edit if constructive criticism is not allowed (or move if there’s a better thread)! I always liked the model pictures LH used and I trusted that I would get what I can see, whereas I was more wary of some of the other suppliers because their images looked more enhanced and less realistic.
