Is it this one? https://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=36047
Or the rabbit?
If it's the first one then it has a dial base so turning clockwise or anticlockwise will change the speed intensity or turn it off.
Just posted the link NatandTom
It says in the specs that it's push button. I don't have this particular vibrator, but often the same button is used to turn a toy on, then press to scroll through speeds/patterns, and then hold for 2 seconds to turn off.
Have you managed to turn it on?
Hope this helps, but if it doesn't then a live-chat with customer services can be very helpful. They've helped me figure out a few new toys in the past.
Alternatively, did it come with an instruction leaflet?Vampyhooch wrote:
I just checked the instructions for you and you need to press the button on the base to cycle through the vibration speeds and patterns. This is the same button you use to turn the toy on. Hope this helps.
Hi, thanks I've tried pressing it and holding it in but nothing happening. Stays on same speed and won't turn off?
The only way I can currently turn it off is by unscrewing the base where the batteries are...

Hi vampyhooch - did you ever get this sorted?
Make sure the batteries are in the right way if you haven't already - sometimes wrongly inserted batteries can turn the toy on but muddle up the functionality of the toy.
If that fails, reach out to our Customer Care team if you haven't already, and they'll sort this out for you.
I have this and have no problems BUT I had the same issue with the previous version (annabelle knight ooooh) where it would not switch off. I can't remember what it was that caused it but I was sent a replacement. Speak to customer care, they are awesome!
That's a top tip. I'll have to remember that.Lovehoney - Rebecca wrote:

I would say that the batteries are the wrong way round, I have this and keep putting them in the wrong way so it starts up automatically! Take off the cover, swap them round and voila, it works by pressing the button :)
