Hi all

We were browsing through all the products, looking for our next purchase. We currently have a toy that we bough, we honestly don’t know what brand, but it is sort of similar to the Lovense Edge 2. There are a few key differences.

Firstly, our current one has a remote, rather than an app to control it

Secondly, at the end of the bit that sits under the perineum, there are two silicone rings, one slightly larger than the other. We assume (and how we sort of have been using it) that they are for round the balls and base of the shaft of the penis respectively.

Lastly, the insertable part is one bulbed shape rather than having a double bulb.

Mr Belle really enjoys the toy, the main selling points are that the vibes are strong, the remote seems to have a good reach, and it is super comfortable to insert; it’s size is as near perfect for Mr Belle as we think it is possible to get in terms of ease of insertion versus how good it feels inside. Mr Belle also enjoys the feeling of the ring around the base of the shaft, as not least it holds the rest of the toy in the right position. However it also adds a nice feel.

Downsides are that it is not an app controlled device, with the attendant limitation on how it can be used to stimulate in public spaces and also the inability to suddenly shock - you have to cycle through the modes. The other one is clearly a Mr Belle problem - the silicone ring around the balls is very uncomfortable, to the point it is useless. As it needs to be there for the penis ring if you get rid of one, you get rid of the other.

The Lovense Edge 2 doesn’t have the silicone rings, so first question - on the basis that there is nothing to hold it in place, how well does it maintain contact on the non inserted part? We assume it has a separate vibrator assigned to that part.

We are going to assume that the app control is as good as it is on our other Lovense toys

However the big question is the size of the insertable part. We bought the Hush 2, but went for the smallest one, which is really good, but maybe a tiny bit on the small size? Dead easy to insert but maybe the next size up would be better. How does the Lovense Edge 2 compare to the Hush 2 size range? Which one in the range is the closest? Please consider both diameter and reach.

We don’t have the luxury of somewhere we can go to physically view it, so need some guidance before we buy

I’d say the edge 2 stays in place pretty well but I know what you mean about having the ring to help keep it there which is always handy. Indeed there should be two separate vibrations for that part and the insertable part I’d think!

With comparison of the small hush 2 and edge 2 in size from the descriptions, says the edge 2 is indeed smaller than the hush 2 you already have… measuring in at 3.5 inch for insertable length and only 4.25 circumference…

If it’s a bigger toy your after then I’d defo probably just consider getting the hush 2 in large as you already know how it works and are comfortable with it :slightly_smiling_face:
