First time poster. Little embarrassed about this, but last time I used it I forgot to clean out the inner shaft ( i had cleaned the sleeve) not realising there was cum in there, didn’t use it again for about a week and then notice the dry cum in there that had turned brown and a fowl pungent odour. The sleeve smells like this now and it’s not a nice smell. I’ve managed to get the stains off and clean it out with hot water etc, but it’s quite hard to get in there and give a good scrub. Any tips/advice to get rid of this smell would be greatly appreciated

Could you include a link to the toy so see what it’s like?

Brown stains and horrible smells are common if not properly cleaned - my suggestion would be trying a toy cleaner (or something like the foam) when removing the sleeve for cleaning.
If that doesn’t work, the Lovense website sells replacement sleeves for the Max 2, which might be the better option

Okay, I’ll try some toy cleaner.
And if the smell doesn’t go then I guess I’ll have to replace the whole toy, as both parts have that smell to it

I personally use the Lovehoney Fresh Toy Cleaner @crazycarl - but I know the Fresh Foaming cleaner is highly recommended and used amongst forum members. Fingers crossed you don’t have to buy a new one

hmm, so looking at the link @Stacy2 shared, is there any way of being able to take the rubber silicone from the tube as many toys like this often have this feature so you can better clean them and turn inside out…
Then once cleaned and dry you can add a sprinkling of cornflour to help maintain the silicones freshness.
