I don’t believe so, you can get a more thicker lubricant to almost replicate cum but everyone smells and tastes different.
The only thing Iv ever seen which was similar to this was a product called “vulva” which you could put on a tissue or on your hand to smell exactly like vagina.
I’ve cum lube before off the site and think you can get some that taste like it to but smell wise I’ve yet to come across any
