Does anyone have any recommendations for lube you use with a silicone butt plug ? My booty buddy came today that I got at 70% off (can’t go wrong for an experimental toy) after something that I can use to leave it in if I like it. After reading one of the reviews it mentioned re-lubing every hour with water based lube as they’re absorbed ? Any tips and help on the whole subject would be appreciated 😊

Another tip is to apply lube to inside yourself as well as the toy, as the anus can act like a squeegee and keep it all on the outside and not where you need it. 👍
We've never used a butt plug, OH doesn't like anal. But definitely a tip would be to start slowly and gently for a short time and build up so you get used the feeling :)
I would also recommend the Lovehoney Discover Anal lube, I got my first plug about a month ago and I got that lube to go with it and have had no problems. Also, go slowly, lube up, and when inserting the plug as soon as you feel any pain pull it out and re-lube both yourself and the plug (although if using the syringes you probably won't have that problem).
Worth experimenting with Anal lubes. Some are more slippery but need repplying frequently. Others are thicker, last longer but are less slippy. One tip is to apply a fair amount on a finger, which gives you a better feel for the muscles in the area, and allows a bit of relaxation.

It does the job perfectly but, as you suggest, being water based it is absorbed/dries out after a while so re-lubing is definitely a good idea.

Seconding the sliquid organics gel. Great stuff, especially worth a try if youve been sensetive to other lubes. I hear good things about the sliquid sassy too. I think the formulas are similar. Its next on my “things to try” list when the gel runs out
