I have recently purchased a magic egg 3.0. I can turn on the remote, blue LED. But egg does not respond. Changed batteries. Any help appreciated

I’m struggling to find the egg you’re talking about on the shopping site, probably a search issue or it might be out of stock (or just me being stupid!), could you possibly add a link to the egg you have?
Normally though there will be a button to activate the egg separately, which probably needs turning on before you activate the remote so that they automatically pair. As I say, failing to find the exact egg you’re using I’m not sure of the mechanism. Is the egg rechargeable or does it require batteries? If it comes supplied with cell type batteries they will have a plastic tab on them so they are not active in transport, have you removed this? If rechargeable, have you charged the egg?

Welcome to the forum dude, it may be you need to sync the remote to the egg first once turned on…
