A decent cock ring helps to maintain an erection, though not for hours.

I have two metal cock rings that are in two halves and fix together with 1 or 2 bolts, this overcomes the removal issue they are round and rectangle in cross section the round one is 12mm thick, so quite heavy

I believe it keeps you hard until removed and the blood in the shaft is allowed to dissipate back into the tissue.
