As everyone elsa has said, the Fleshlights are great if you want something with a closed end and a long length. Most other male masturbators don't have the 9 inch length that a Fleshlight provides.

If you need something for a larger girth, make sure you take a look at the canal diameters on each product. You can find this on the product page under the heading "How it Measures up". Most Fleshlights have an canal diameter of between 0.25-0.5 inches.
