In my 30’s now - probably only 2-3 times a week and sex 1-2 times a week. Don’t tend to do both on the same day unless it’s the 5th Saturday of the month.
Never use anything for cleanup but only ever use toys for it. Using condoms would be too expensive in the long run.
On average I wank 3-4 times a week these days. Dont use anything particular for clean up but do keep a few Handkerchiefs handy definitely no condoms involved!
