Hey! I bought a Mantric Rechargeable Remote Control Prostate Vibrator last november which unfortunately no longer works… the light turns on while on charge but once I take it off charge it doesn’t turn back on at all when I press the button. The light on the remote still works but the actual toy doesn’t. Does anyone have any tips about how I can possibly fix it? Or will I have to try to return it?

Is it possible that theres a travel lock on it? Travel locks are normally turned off when the toy is charged, but just in case, try holding the power button for a few seconds.
Other than that, I would recommend contacting customer services.

Yeah I saw that somewhere and tried it but nothing yet

Contact customer services for help and an exchange if necessary. There is web chat but as its the weekend, their replies won’t be immediate.

My first thoughts, is it in travel mode?
And second, maybe the battery isn’t holding charge anymore for whatever faulty reason but either way it’s worth a message to customer service to see what they suggest
