Hi, I have massive breasts (JJ) and while I love nipple play I feel a real lack of things for the rest of the breast. I'm struggling to find anything for supporting, squeezing and generally playing with the rest of the breast on any sex toy site and am looking for ideas for hands free play that invovles the whole boob.
Note: no sexy lingere fits, no tape can hold, nothing I know is strong or big enough to lift them up (bar a bra or resting against a flat surface)
Try a feather tickler that might help. There is also nipple suckers and clamps but those are only for the nipples.

I've tried rope but I can't find a way to hold the breasts up and it's not supportive enough. I also have body harnesses but same issue.

Mine are big too, although not quite your size and I've found the only thing that works for me is more sensation based play, like with ice or, as mentioned, a feather tickler. Mostly, my OH just takes time to explore them entirely.
Sadly their not that many toys that will work but what I can say have you tried bullet vibrator on them???
I think you should try bullet vibrator or something like this sound work best.

Have a look on the intertwat - if tied properly there are harnesses to support any size breasts.

I have really large breasts as well, I never thought of buying anything than other to stimulate my nipples more but this sounds interesting. Some nipple suction to elongate them a little and breast bondage sounds really good
Update:
I've been getting adult fancy dress and find ones with no sewn in cups that have short sleeves (or at least some wide shoulder) and zip/button up just below the breast area area good for holding breasts up without a bra. Also adding a belt underneath to keep the boobs from slipping down inside the dress helps but be prepared for a lot of fiddling and re-arranging boobs to begin with.
