I suggest you consider prostate play with something like an Aneros or other prostate play toy. It’s a great alternative to pleasure without having to have an erection. With practice, you may even learn to come hands free from it. It can be quite pleasurable! Have fun!
The best toy for that is a larger type of wand that can produce slow and deep rumblings rather than just speed that the small ones do.
